Returns Fee: All returns are charged £3.99. Will be Deducted from your Refund amount. we will not accept any Returns on Foam related products such as, Baby crib/moses mattresses and UPHOLSTERY Foams,Pillows. Your Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exceptions: you received a damaged item, an incorrect product, you can return the item at no cost to you.

Return Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed post item inspection and returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, subject to bank processing times.
