  1. How can I contact the ComfortShop team? You can easily reach out to our team through our chat bot, which can answer most of your questions. If the chat bot is unable to assist, a team member will be in touch within 24 hours.

  2. Where do you ship from? We ship from Manchester, UK, and deliver to all regions of the UK, including Northern Ireland.

  3. How long will it take to receive my order? Your order will typically arrive between 3 to 4 days. However, during peak times, this may extend to 7 days. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday, including next-day orders, which will be delivered on Tuesday. For international orders, delivery typically takes around 7 to 10 days.

  4. Which couriers do you use for shipping? We work with major carriers such as Royal Mail, Hermes UK, Hermes International, DPD, and Parcelforce.

  5. What if I don't receive my order? All our orders are tracked, but if your order does not arrive within 7 to 14 days, we will issue a full refund.

  6. How can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@thecomfortshop.co.uk or through our chat bot. After 12 hours, cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been handed to the carrier.

  7. Will I be charged customs and taxes for international orders? International orders are covered by international delivery charges, but if customs duty tax is required, we will cover the cost.

  8. How can I return an item? All returns are charged £2.99. You can open a return request through our chat bot or contact us at Support@thecomfortshop.co.uk. Please ensure that returned items are in usable condition and provide image proof if the item was damaged or faulty, you can return the item at no cost to you. we will not accept any Returns on Foam related products such as, Baby crib/moses mattresses and UPHOLSTERY Foams. Your Statutory rights remain unaffected,Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  10. How long does it take to process a refund? Refunds are typically processed as soon as the item is returned to us. However, banking processes may take 3 to 5 business days. International orders may take longer.
